Well-maintained private beach with beautiful sunset views.

The pillows were excessively hard. Loud music during the day and night from nearby venues disrupted our relaxation. We struggled to find quiet spaces to read or unwind throughout our stay.

It was a fine stay in Kusadasi which is well worth a visit. The location was amazing right at the sandy beach and the staff here was reasonably good and amiable.

Excellent service, nice hot and delicious breakfast with foods from all countries. Helpful and attentive staff of the hotel. Location so close to lovely country also visited twice before to bodrum.

The lovely private beach comes with comfy sunbeds and amazing sunset views. Friendly staff work diligently to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

Dining areas can become chaotic, making it tough to find tables or receive timely service, leading to an overall frustrating mealtime experience.

First aid was inadequate, if you are on the road with children, take a waterproof plaster with you in any case!

Friendly staff, great food. The hotel was situated next to the Oto Duragi bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. Best venue experience.

We loved exploring the beautiful beach and took some fun boat tours. The evening entertainment was hella fun with various shows that kept us energized. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help.

One downside was the dining hall's chaos during peak times. It felt pretty hectic, and waiting for a table could be frustrating.

I expected stress-free days and I got them. What more do I want? The most annoying was a couple of other "guests". But the hotel couldn't help. . . Otherwise, satisfied with everything!

Pools were nice.

Breakfast was not served as advertised. They said it was open at 7:30 but the omelets and other items they offered on request were not served until after 8:00 or whenever the cooks decided to start cooking. Attitudes of servers that early in the morning could have been better. Also air conditioning needed to work better for that climate.

Good beach, good entertainment, the private beach was well-kept and equipped with comfortable sun loungers, while the lively entertainment team really added to the fun atmosphere .

The beach location at this hotel is nice, as is the pool facilities.

Hotel beds are like slabs of rock. Food quality is fair at best. Staff friendliness is fair. Hotel feels like a factory and is overpriced for quality of accommodations.

We had an very nice time at Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort! The animation team brought boundless energy and joy. Our family bunk bed room was a hit, providing comfort and space. The food was consistently tasty and varied, catering to everyone's tastes. The private beach was beautifully maintained with an inviting atmosphere. A wonderful vacation filled with family memories!

Enjoyed sunny days at the lovely beach equipped with comfortable sunbeds and many activities like watersports. The kids had a blast at the water slides, though the buffet space felt crowded at peak times. A good experience surrounded by friendly staff.

The hotel features a beautifully modern lobby with quirky decor that is accessible for seniors, making it easy for us to navigate while enjoying the aesthetically pleasing surroundings.

More seating areas to accommodate seniors needed.

Food was lovely with a great variety, especially loved the roast beef. Room was spacious, with air conditioning, a minibar, and a nice balcony view. Housekeeping was efficient, always had fresh towels and toiletries. The private beach was well-kept, and the pools were clean and enjoyable, especially for families. Spa facilities were nice for a bit of relaxation.
